Creative Wellbeing

for Young People and

Communities

We strengthen youth and community wellbeing through creative practice that builds identity, belonging and agency.

Who We Are

Kosmovision is an Australian health-promotion charity delivering structured, community-based prevention and early-intervention initiatives that strengthen protective factors for youth mental wellbeing through creative practice.

Through our approach, young people strengthen resilience, develop emotional literacy, build identity and belonging, and expand their capacity to imagine, choose and shape new possibilities.

What We Do

We deliver creative wellbeing programs grounded in prevention and early intervention across community and online settings.

Our practice supports young people to build resilience, connection and participation through creative and narrative practice.

All our work is delivered in trauma-informed, culturally safe and neurodiversity-affirming environments.
  • Creative wellbeing groups
  • Youth mental health and resilience programs
  • LGBTQIA+ wellbeing programs
  • Neurodiversity-affirming sessions
  • Community wellbeing circles
  • Life skills and emotional literacy groups
  • Digital wellbeing programs

Our Approach

We recognise young people as storytellers shaped by culture, community and lived experience – actively constructing meaning in their own lives.

We understand mental wellbeing as something created collectively:

through attention, relationship, identity and shared meaning.

Our work is grounded in four interconnected capacities:

Attention

Emotional Autonomy

Narrative Identity

Imagination & Agency

To expand young people’s capacity to inhabit who they already are.
