An overview of our mission, approach and the communities we serve.
Our Mission
To strengthen youth wellbeing and community connection through a prevention-focused creative health approach that builds identity, agency and belonging.
Our Vision
A world where every young person can inhabit who they already are: grounded in identity, connected in community, and empowered to shape their own futures.
Our Approach
Our work is grounded in four interconnected capacities that support youth wellbeing: attention, emotional autonomy, narrative identity and imaginative agency.
Through a prevention-focused creative health framework, we cultivate these capacities in community settings.
How it looks in practice:
Creative expression
Storytelling and narrative practices
Arts-based and sensory-informed activities
Imagination and agency
Trauma-informed practice
Culturally safe and neurodiversity-affirming environments
We understand mental wellbeing as a shared, community experience, built through connection, expression and shared meaning.
Our Values
Safety & Care
Trauma-informed, culturally respectful and inclusive practice.
Creativity
Art as a pathway for expression, regulation and connection.
Agency
Young people as active authors of their own stories and lives.
Belonging
Strong community ties that support wellbeing and mental health.
Hope & Possibility
Imagining new paths opens space for transformation.

Our Story
Kosmovision Foundation was created in response to a growing gap in Australia’s youth mental health and wellbeing landscape. We recognised the need for creative, culturally adaptable and community-based programs that support people to express themselves, imagine new possibilities and feel a sense of belonging – particularly those who often fall outside mainstream services. We exist to bring those spaces to life.
