What We Do

Creative skills for emotional strength, connection and confidence

Outcomes

These programs support young people to build emotional strength, resilience and a sense of connection during key developmental stages. They focus on prevention and early intervention, helping reduce the impact of emerging mental health difficulties.

Through creative and participatory practices, young people develop emotional literacy, regulation skills and confidence in relating to themselves and others.

How we work:
Programs are delivered in small, supportive groups and combine creativity with practical wellbeing skills, including:

  • emotional awareness and regulation tools
  • creative expression and storytelling
  • communication and peer connection
  • narrative practices that support identity and meaning
  • practical wellbeing skills

Sessions are facilitated by qualified counsellors, social workers and trained youth facilitators, and are designed to be engaging, inclusive and non-clinical.
