Inner Worlds Lab is a guided storytelling and writing space where young people develop voice, identity and agency by creating their own stories.
Through character, imagination and shared story-making, participants explore emotions, relationships, choices and inner worlds in a supported creative space.

How It Works

Sessions are structured yet flexible, allowing participants to build confidence, creative voice and their own stories over time.
