Creative wellbeing and social-emotional skills for young people

Kosmovision is offering a creative wellbeing program for young people at Canterbury Neighbourhood Centre.

This program provides a safe, calm and inclusive space where participants can develop social-emotional skills, communication and self-expression through creativity, storytelling and collaborative activities.

Sessions combine creative exploration, social interaction and practical life skills, supporting confidence, identity and community participation.

The program is designed for small groups and diverse communication styles, including participants who may use AAC or benefit from structured and supportive environments.

Activities are adapted so each participant can engage and communicate in ways that feel comfortable and meaningful for them.
