Shared spaces for reflection, connection and early support – delivered in person and online where appropriate.
What We Do
Community Wellbeing Circles offer accessible, prevention-focused spaces for reflection, connection and emotional support in community settings and, where appropriate, through secure online delivery.
The circles are designed to strengthen belonging, emotional regulation, resilience and shared meaning through gentle creative and reflective practice.
Whether delivered face-to-face or online, the focus remains the same: safe, inclusive spaces where young people can connect, reflect and build emotional capacity together.
Outcomes
Reduced isolation and stronger sense of community connection
Greater emotional literacy and reflective capacity
Increased confidence in shared participation and help-seeking
Accessible early support in community and digital formats
Deeper sense of belonging and collective wellbeing
